CompuServe does provide access to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor
Vehicles records for the State of Florida. This includes driver license
and motor vehicle ownership records. Access to this system requires a
separate account and password that you must get from the Department. I
don't know if CompuServe provides this access for other states.
