New York Limited Liability Company Forms and Practice Manual is available
from Data Trace Legal Publishers for $149.95 with a forms diskette for
$49.95. They can be reached at 410 494 4994 or 800 342 0454. I haven't
seen the product so I can't comment on the quality. Clark Boardman also
has a new set out that is a multi-state approach to LLC's. They are
adding a section on New York to reflect our new law.
