Hello! I am trying to find if there are any Federal or North Carolina
laws or regulations that pertain to golf carts. A local business (maybe a
golf course, (I don't know) is going to buy some golf carts and wants to
know what laws or regulations might apply. All that I could find was a 1972
N.C. court case dealing with defective brakes. I've searched the USC, CFR,
NC Gen. Stat., NCAC, Business ProQuest, and some other periodical databases.
We do not have Lexis, which, according to another librarian, carries BNA's
Product Liability Daily.
