We subscribed to CCH IRS Letter Rulings on Microfiche. CCH discontinued
it and we miss it. Can anyone recommend another source other than
Westlaw/LEXIS that doesn't take up a lot of space?

I searched law-lib archives and found a mention of Kleinrock's Tax
Library on CD-ROM which included letter rulings but there was no
recommendation. Has anyone tried it since?
