Hello,
I need to confirm whether Section 45.05 of Singer's FOURTH edition of
Sutherland on Statutory Construction (1984) is in vol. 2A (as it is in
the Fifth). Most libraries seem to have discarded the earlier volumes
as the new Fifth edition volumes came in. Any help in this will be
appreciated.
