I am requesting assistance once again with background materials from the
U.S. Judicial Conference.
This time, the professor wants transcripts or the deskbook that recorded
discussions during the Sept. 21-22, 1987 meeting of the U.S. Judicial
Conference, particularly on the subject of removal jurisdiction. We have the
1987 report of proceeedings of the Judicial Conference in which a brief
paragraph covers the issue.
Perhaps this source is part of the CIS Reports of the U.S. Judicial
