On-line forms packages

I would like to know what on-line forms packages firms are using
for civil litigation. We are moving from UNIX to a PC-LAN/Windows
environment, so are particularly interested in what works best
on a network. We had no luck with ProForma/Legal Solutions on
UNIX, and their support is...problematic. Perhaps others have had
better luck?
