October 12-14, Washington, DC area
Implementing Continuous Improvement Programs in Libraries
prepares participants to plan, implement, and evaluate a
quality improvement process in a library setting.
October 25-28, Boston, MA
Financial Skills for Librarians
Resource Management Institute
explores the actual and potential roles of financial
management systems in improving organizational performance in
libraries. November 2-4, Toronto
The Management Process
Library Management Skills Institute II
focuses on the individual's ability to have a positive
influence on the overall performance of the organization.
November 6-11, Chicago, IL
Women in Library Leadership
explores and develops strategies for enhancing professional
and personal lives for leaders of all levels.
November 7-10, Washington, DC
