Can anyone help me? I am looking for an OLD Navy Instruction. The
document number is OPNAVINST 4790.2A (change 1) 6/11/74. My usual
sources do not have it, and the Navy has informed me that my only hope is
the National Archives. Can anyone give me more hope than that?
