Hi -
I am trying to find a newsletter that covers state charitable
solicitations legislation with a focus on telemarketing. Supposely it is put
out by a publisher named Hopkins?? I have contacted the Direct Marketing
Association and telemarketing associations and looked in Ulrich's and found
nothing. If you have any suggestions I would be grateful. Thank you.
