Although we had a great deal of difficulty and poor service last year,
I can honestly say that the personnel at Lexis have been very helpful over
the last 6 months. Our representatives have promptly returned all phone
calls, addressed any problems we may be having and moved quickly to remedy
situations. Actually, Christine Herinya has gone above and beyond the call
of duty to assist me. I have had a good experience with Jay Squires as
well. I am not as skeptical as others appear to be.
