This is an appeal to all those who may know how to tap
sources in the United Kingdom, or in Bermuda, that provide information
on on-going litigation.
I am particularly interested in tapping information about
pending cases in what would be analogous to our federal trial level
courts. If there are special courts that hear insurance or reinsurance
issues, I am interested in learning about sources of that information.
Also, if there are sources for what might be analogous to our
reported federal trial level cases, I am interested. The issue of
precedence is not a concern.
If you can think of any other group to which I can post this
request, I'd like to hear from you. Also, since I'm relatively new to
the Internet, please include some instructions regarding sending a
note to the group.
