Hi everybody. Since everyone so generously responded to my
barcoding question of last week, I have yet another one! This one is
quicker, though. If you use something OTHER than a student or faculty
member's social security number when circulating materials, could you
let me know? For instance, scanning the barcode on our student or
staff I.D. Card calls up the person's circulation record via their
SSN. In the absence of their card, typing in the SSN will also call
up the person's circulation record. If you identify borrowers
with a different number, I'd be interested to know. Thanks.
