Thanks for all your help. For those of you who are interested,
I received two interesting suggestions:
CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS -- I know they are a bear to read, but
they actually do contain hard to find information. I haven't checked
any for the statistics I seek yet, but if I find them I will forward the
citation to anyone who expresses an interest. Since not all subscribers
may be interested in this information, please respond to Genie Tyburski
at BALLARDLIB@HSLC.ORG.
24 LAW & SOCIETY REVIEW 1133-1170 (1990) -- contains an article that
analyzes publication patterns in employment discrimination cases. Person
who sent me this citation warns against making generalizations about
this type of information.
EEOC ANNUAL REPORTS -- same person that forwarded above citation
suggested these reports may yield information about charges, etc.
