A NEW SUBSTANTIVE DISCUSSION LIST FOR LAW FACULTY AND PRACTITIONERS:
Announcing BIZLAW-L -- a new discussion list for members (and friends) of
the AALS Section on Business Associations. (Yes folks, The Red Herring is
going electronic.) BIZLAW-L is intended as a forum for discussing legal
issues related to business associations, for gathering and sharing information
concerning works in progress, for organizing -- or disseminating information
about -- conferences and workshops, and for whatever other reasons may
evolve.
---------- About BIZLAW-L
BIZLAW-L is an Internet/Bitnet Listserv residing on the University of
Maryland at Baltimore (UMAB) IBM Mainframe. It is a discussion group
primarily for members of the AALS Section on Business Associations, other
scholars of business associations at universities and professional schools,
and practicing lawyers who are interested in the academics of business law.
The list management will make no effort to screen subscribers initially, but
reserves the right to do so in the future if the list becomes unwieldy or
otherwise shows signs of spinning out of control. The list management also
reserves the right to remove anyone who abuses their list privileges.
