There may be more than one way to access Utah Senate and House
bills, but the following should work:
1) telnet to u.cc.utah.edu
2) login as "libs"
3) select #5 from main menu
4) select #2 from sub-menu -- Gopher Server
5) select #11 -- Off Campus Information
6) select #15 -- Utah State Legislature
7) now you have a menu for the following:
a) About this file
b) April Interim Bills
c) Enrolled bills
8) for legislation, select "Enrolled Bills"
9) now you may choose to search the following:
a) All bills
b) House bills
c) Senate bills
