Thank you all who replied with data, and thanks to others who cited the
statistics printed at 85 Law Lib. Journal 135. Unfortunately, the data printed
in that issue does not fill our needs, which really center on the rank issue
rather than the issue of position (e.g. Head of Cataloging, or Public Services)
We need the data to do an analysis and comparison of our situation. Like many
other states, it has been very dry here in terms of salary adjustments for cost
of living or promotion or merit. I am including the survey again and hoping
that more can reply. Again, all information will be regarded as confidential,
I will compile and then destroy individual answers. And I will summarize the
results for the list. Thank you all advance for the time it takes to fill this
out.
