I am looking for any information that compares payroll costs as a percentage
of overall library operating costs. I would be particularly interested in
data specific to law libraries but anything would be helpful. Also
helpful would be detailed breakdowns of costs by category, e.g. payroll,
materials, space & facilities, etc.
Anecdotal and/or single library information is useful but professional
literature, national averages, professional association
summaries/standards (AALL, AALS, ALA, SLA, etc.), would be preferred.
