The latest issue of the Third Branch, the newsletter from the Administrative
Office of the U.S. Courts (Ju10.3/2), September 1993, contains an
article called "Circuits Offer Electronic Access to Opinions." (p. 8)
Included in the article is the phone number for the Technology
Enhancement Office (202/273-2730), which will provide copies of
a "directory of federal court electronic public access services."
