I have been asked to locate an English translation of a Polish case. The
case involves a challenge to compulsory religious teaching and prayer in
public schools. The challenge was brought by Tadeusz Zielinski, a
government appointed ombudsman. A constitutional tribunal dismissed the
challenge last spring. The case is not available online, but I did find
an article in the April 22, 1993 New York Times.

Does anyone have the text in English? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
