lexis pricing

Thanks to those librarians who responded to my query on
experiences (pros and cons) with the new Lexis (does Westlaw do
something similar?) pricing structure of paying a flat fee for
unlimited use in most of the Lexis/nexis databases and no
printing charges (this structure is designed for larger law
firms). I have incorporated the responses received into my
planning.

However, since we are looking at a similar arrangement, I would
be most appreciative to hear from additional law firm librarians
who have adopted this new form of pricing...obvious benefits
include no print charges, guilt free searching for non-billable
matters, standard calr charges annually. But what am I
overlooking? And, if any of you out there have decided not to
adopt such a program...please tell me why. Does anyone have a
similar agreement with Westlaw?

Please respond ASAP. Thanks for taking the time to read and/or
respond.
