I have a faculty member who wants and needs statistics on the number of
criminal records expunged under 18 USC section 3607. If for any reason
you have this type of information we would greatly appreciate your help.
We have already spoken with the National Criminal Justice Reference
Service, the Statistics Division of the Administrative Office of the
Courts, the Judicial Conference, and all the other logical sources.
While they all say they don't know we hope that one of you might. Thanks.
