Lawyers Coop has shipped the four Federal Taxation volumes (33, 33A, 34,
34A) of American Jurisprudence 2d. This year they are paperback rather
than hard bound; furthermore they sell at $70 per volume plus tax,
handling and shipping. Last year the hard bound volumes cost $65 plus
tax handling and shipping. It would appear that the company is
possibly over-charging for this portion of the product.
Libraries may wish to evaluate whether or not they wish to retain the
Federal Taxation volumes as part of their subscriptions. Our firm
cancelled that portion of AmJur 2d a number of years ago, as those annual
volumes were never used.
