Two companies were involved, one had the initials F,N,M,A (I believe).The
other was Research America, Inc.
One attorney reported the following conversation (approximately):
"may I have a copy of the survey"
"we are not allowed to do that"
"may I talk to your supervisor?

"We cannot send a copy of the survey questions without permission of our
client."
"Would you write West and ask permission?"
"Yes, I could do that."
(no copy yet received).
