I hope someone is keeping an archive of all the messages relating to the
public-domain citation issue. It should be preserved as a historical
record, whatever the outcome -- and there is lots of useful information
such as Alan Sugarman's remarks on Supreme Court opinions. UCDavis
archive for lawlib goes back to Feb. 1994 (when we went on listserv), but
we're not in a position to archive lawlib indefinitely.
