I have a request for the Dept of Justice amicus brief filed by Griffin Bell
et al in Dayton Board of Education v. Brinkman, 433 U.S. 406 (1977). Our
Law Reprints version of the records and briefs has only one amicus brief,
by the Pacific Legal Foundation in support of Dayton BOE. Can someone check
sets by other publishers to see if they picked up the DOJ brief? TIA
