One of my attorneys is in need of approximately 12 pages of the following
book:
Federal discovery in complex civil cases / Co-Chairmen:
Marvin J. Pickholz, Douglas M. Schwab.
New York: Law Journal Seminars-Press, 1980.
We have been told that there is a section in this book entitled:
"Securing discovery of computer-based or computer-generated
evidence"
We believe it is pages 675-687.
If anyone out there is law library land can give me a hand with this I
(and my attorney) would sincerely appreciate it.
