Since Prop 187 did pass, the questions have just begun. I'm sure you'll
see a lot of news coverage, even on the national level, since a court
battle over it's constitutionality is a sure bet.
For out-of-staters who don't have access to the Ballot pamphlet, or the
California Journal, point your gopher to sen.ca.gov - the California
Legislature Gopher - choose the menu item for election information and
you should be able to burrow into the Online Voter Guide, which has the
California Journal propostition analyses on its menu. These analyses are
usually very well-written and informative.
