I've been searching high and low for a sample law firm policy on diversity.
I've checked our local files and found nothing, I've called appropriate minority
and women's committees of the ABA and ACCA, and have asked certain
individuals I know for any sample policies they might have or know of. In so
doing, I've come up with next to nothing, mostly guidelines on ensuring and
respecting diversity (corporate legal departments), but nothing that's
specificially focused on law firms and nothing that's an actual/sample
"diversity policy."
Can anyone here give me some guidance or provide an actual *law firm*
policy on diversity (in hiring, staffing, promotions, etc.)? If you work for a law
firm that has a written policy, could you or would you be willing to share it
with me? (The firm need not be identified.)
Any help I could get on this search would be *greatly* appreciated. I thank
you in advance. (And I'd be happy to return the favor.)
