I am looking to see if anyone has a copy of the 11th Circuit Court
of Appeals opinion handed down on Friday where the court ruled that Cuban
refugees can be returned to their homeland (overturning a U.S. District
Court order banning voluntary returns). I checked LEXIS and WESTLAW but
didn't find it. If anyone has a copy of the opinion and could FAX us a
copy, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
