Help,
I have been asked by a faculty member to find the following: _The
Trail Smelter Arbitration_ (U.S. v. Canada) 3 U.N. Rep. Int. Arb.
Awards 1938 (1949) and an earlier decision at 3 U.N. Rep. Int. Arb.
Awards 1905. I have checked out Bieber and the rest of the usual
suspects, but I have come up empty. I have found plenty of books,
articles, etc. about this case, but not the decision.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
