There then folows a long discussion.

What is ommitted is that the Cuneo of McKenna and Cuneo is John Cuneo, a
lobbyist for West Publishing Company. John, I understand, was a former
staffer for one of the Judiciary Committees. John had been with the
Opperman Schatz firm until he started his own firm last year. He
attended the May, 1994 OMB Citation meeting with Jim Schatz and both
identified themselves as representing West. Cuneo also appeared at a
DOJ-TAP meeting a few months ago and recently posted a letter to Attorney
General Reno on this list, co-signed by Gerry Sikorski, ex-congressman
and lobbyist for West and the Schatz firm. In other words, all evidence
shows Cuneo as a central lobbyist in the West effort.

I do not suggest that what Mr. Rhodes wrote was not his own honest
beliefs, but believe there should have been disclosure of this fact.
