Re: Powers of municipal authorities to regulate underage strippers

Clark Boardman Callaghan publishes an annual edition of "Local
Regulation of Adult Businesses" that covers everything from constitutional
limitations to zoning issues. A quick look in the index under juveniles
has several entries, tho' none for underage strippers per se. I think
you'll find this book helpful. A CBC telemarketer just called the other
day to say the 1995 edition would be out very soon @ approx. $95. Some
of this material is also in CBC's Law of Zoning & Planning / Rathkopf.
