I got that same spammed message. In fact I got the first one three times
which leads me to believe they used several mailing lists' addresses.
You note I'm on Digex so it had nothing to do with Netcom. I
immediately wrote back to the person shown and he claimed it was a
forgery, with someone gaining access to his account. When the second
group came through I wrote to postmaster@netcom.com, who is the person
you should make such complaints to. I have not received a response,
which is rather disconcerting since postmasters usually at least
acknowledge your writing them very quickly.
