Perhaps before this issue takes up too much more of our time, West will
publish a "Nutshell" version of the debate or, better yet, a "Black Letter
Series" setting forth clearly the issues and truths of the debate. Perhaps
TAP will provide funding in return for West's promise to place the subject
publication in the public domain. I for one could use a few "cheat notes"
about now. This is getting overwhelming without progressing and I think it
will get worse before it gets better.
