I have in front of me a Communique from the International Court of Justice
No. 94/7 dated 24 February 1994, which announces three new judges having
been elected: Shi Jiuyong (China), Carl-August Fleischhauer (Germany), and
Abdul G. Koroma (Sierra Leone). It also announces two judges having been
reelected: Shigeru Oda (Japan) and Geza Herczegh (Hungary).
