On Friday, the 2d circuit handed down its long awaited opinion in the
Texaco case. The Westlaw cite is 1994 WL 590563. I'd like to download
the public domain version of this opinion from the 2d circuit bulletin
board and post it for ftp access on the Internet. Could someone from
the 2d circuit (or elsewhere) who knows how to access that bulletin
