Colleagues:
Has anyone heard of the Nelson v. Saudi Arabia case?
A monitoring systems engineer filed an action against the
kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeking to recover for injuries
which resulted when he was detained and tortured by the
government. The total defendants are: Saudi Arabia, King
Faisal Specialist Hospital, Royspec. I have the U.S.
Supreme Court opinion, and the 11th Cir. opinion -- what
I don't have (and, of course, need) is the U.S. Dist. Court
opinion.
The information I have is: The United States District Court
for the Southern District of Florida, Judge Lenore Carrero
Nesbitt. The Docket # is 88-1791-CIV-LCN.
I have tried all the usual places -- I guess I need to try
the unusual(?) places.
Does anyone have the Dist Court opinion? Is anyone willing
to send me a copy?
thanx in advance ---
sandy
