The John Marshall Law School was also informed this week that our
Academic Representative was terminated effective immediately (no
reason was given), and until a replacement is appointed (whenever
that may be), our account will be handled by a person located in
Dayton.
All of us in academic libraries seem to be in agreement that the
Lexis situation is unsatisfactory in the extreme. One wonders if
Lexis really believes that they can compete effectively with Westlaw
in this manner.
