Mary Brandt Jensen wrote that she hoped we would be able to work
with LEXIS Freestyle natural language searching before it becomes
available to our students. I had called LEXIS yesterday to see
how soon we would be able to use Freestyle. I was told that it
is planned for release to law school subscriptions for the first
quarter of 1994. However, some law school librarians will be
asked to be testers of the new search system. Those librarians
selected by LEXIS will be contacted by letter.
