I have a cash donation earmarked for "foreign" materials on Company or Corporat
ions law in general, and need some advice and assitance.
Recommendation of American, British or Australian Corporations law would be mos
t useful. Our collection is very out of date, and we are trying to bring our c
ore collection up-to-date - so all comments on essential sources would be great
ly appreciated.
Books / Treatises are best as the cash is finite, but if there is something exc
ellent in looseleaf, or an essential periodical, I can attempt motivating for f
urther funds.
