Substantive law lists (what exists and what's coming up)

In the past few months, several new substantive law lists have been started

Lists are in the process of being created for the International Law Students
Association (ILSA-L), EC law (there's a general European Communities
discussion list, EC@vm.cc.metu.edu.tr), health law, international
environmental law, international business transactions, general international
law, & law school student groups generally. Voting is going on to establish
the misc.legal.moderated Usenet newsgroup--please vote!

Lists are needed for the following and other topics:

Practicing lawyers
International human rights law
Constitutional law
Comparative constitutional law
Law and economics
Immigration law
Comparative law
etc.

As you can see, we've made some progress! I look forward to future news of
new substantive law lists. And for those thinking of starting a new
