Need text of British bill pending...

A professor asked me to try and get a copy of the text of a bill pending
before the British Parliament:
Civil Rights (of Disabled Persons) Bill

He thinks it was originally proposed in 1992 by Tony Blair, leader of the
Minority (Labor) Party. In the Fall of 1994, the Tory majority blocked it
being considered or voted on. Supposedly Parliament is to reconsider it
in the Fall of 1995 (although they may have considered it this spring,
but he's not aware of it).

He's giving a talk comparing this with our ADA and would *really* like to
see the bill before he tries to compare the two.

I tried to get into gopher this evening, but can't get a connection. If it's
available on the 'net, please let me know. If not, can someone fax us a
copy of the text?

Pretty please and thank you *very* much.
