We would like to borrow or purchase a copy of Title 7 of the New Jersey
Administrative Regulations (Environment). The Office of Administrative Law
does not have any more copies for sale and the regulations have now been con
tracted out to West. West is not prepared to sell them until; July and I need
a copy NOW. We will pay all postage, etc., and I would be happy to return the
volume if someone is only willing to loan it to us.
Please contact me if you are willing to part with Title 7 for a couple of
weeks.
