Thanks to all who responded to my question regarding the depreciation
schedule applicable to mobile homes! Several suggestions were helpful
also for the future as well, such as CCH's annual Depreciation Guide.
Since I'm here, I'd like to ask if anyone can recommend a good handbook
or manual or practice guide for trying railroad crossing cases. I have
already discovered the National Association for Railroad Trial Counsel,
but they are a group of attorneys representing railroads and we are on
the other side. I'm thinking that they might not want to suggest
anything to help opposing counsel.
