I am looking for a publication from HUD entitled "The HUD Reinvention
Blueprint. It was released March 20, 1995. I think that it deals with,
obviously, the downsizing and restructuring of HUD. I have called HUD
Public Affairs and the HUD User Line. The Public Affairs people told me
that they didn't have any more and the User Line told me that it hadn't
even been printed yet. If someone could either confirm that this is
unavailable or could tell me how to locate it, I would be eternally
grateful. Thank you!
