Hello everyone! I was waiting for a truly worthwhile question to post to
this list. It seems that nothing is too difficult, though, for the
group, so I am confident some helpful suggestions.
What I am looking for is the depreciation schedule that is applicable to
mobile homes (the kind that sit in one place, not motor homes like
Winnebagos and such).
I have looked on Lexis, print sources, our brand
new RIA tax cd-rom which we're trying out, and have had the help of
partners, associates, and summer clerks. All to no avail. None of us
pretends to be pro tax researchers, but we thought we would at least find
more than we have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
