I have a patron who is researching early legislation on asbestos use
for fire prevention in naval vessels (or more specifically with Coast
Guard vessels). We have looked in the CFR, USCA, at the legislative
history of the Toxic Substances Act, in practice specific treatises on
asbestos litigation and on Legal Trac. Has anyone out there dealt with
this issue and if so, could you offer some leads or suggestions? TIA
