The June 1995 issue of Wired includes an article entitled "Hell Hath No Fury
Like a Monopolist Scorned" (p. 84). The article begins: "It's been a bad
year for West Publishing." and goes on to describe the Star Tribune series
and the so-called West provision in H.R. 830. With regard to the latter, the
article refers to "tough lobbying from law librarians and other public
interest groups and by lawsuits from competitors."
On p. 86 of the same issue is an article on Exon's Communications Decency
Act, S. 314.
