I am trying to locate a Federal Reserve Board letter dated August 14, 1967,
re- bank's purchase of its own stock. I have a reference to a CCH Federal
Banking Law Report transfer binder for 1967, section 94,733. If anyone can
help me with this request I will really appreciate it. Our library has transfer binders from 1973 on. I've checked local libraries with no luck.
